  • Press the on/off button and the blood pressure monitor will start to charge for measurement
  • It gives clear instruction on how to obtain favorable desired accurate result.
  • During measurement please do not move or talk it takes less than 1 minute to obtain the accurate result.
  • If mmHg appears on the screen, the measurement unit is mmHg or else kPa





What's healthy blood pressure?

  • A healthy blood pressure should be between 90/60mmHg and 120/80mmHg
  • And High blood pressure is around 140/90mmHg
  • Low blood pressure is considered to be around 90/60mmHg or lower


How to understand blood pressure ?

Blood pressure is a measure of the force that your heart uses to pump blood around your body 

Blood pressure levels is measured in millimetres of mercury (mmHg) and is given as 2 figures

  • systolic pressure
  • diastolic pressure
For example, if your blood pressure is "120 over 80" or 120/80mmHg, it means you have a systolic pressure of 120mmHg and a diastolic pressure of 80mmHg
